Summary

document the existing blog architecture, public behavior, content pipeline, and obsolete AWS deployment
define the TanStack Start, Strapi, PostgreSQL, Caddy, Docker Compose, and Forgejo target architecture
make dual-environment CI/CD the first implementation phase: protected dev deploys staging and protected main deploys production
inventory and classify all seven existing posts and 20 article-local assets
add nine architecture decision records covering the major implementation choices

Validation

confirmed all 27 required plan sections are present
confirmed all seven required Mermaid diagrams are present
confirmed every existing article has a migration classification
verified Markdown fences and planning-document formatting
verified old-blog remains unmodified
